Based in Wesley Chapel, FL

Cruise Travel Agent in Tampa, FL

I'm Marissa Wright, a cruise travel advisor based in Wesley Chapel, FL, serving Tampa Bay and cruisers across the country. I specialize in Royal Caribbean, am certified across every major cruise line, and book everything from first cruises to multi-cabin family reunions.

Because I live 35 minutes from Port Tampa Bay, I plan a lot of cruises out of Tampa, and I know the realities of the port: where to park, when to arrive, which terminals book up first, and which itineraries are worth flying for instead.

What you get when you book with me

You get one person who answers the phone, every time. I track your cruise from the day we book through the day you sail home, including price-drop monitoring, dining and shore-excursion planning, and on-trip texts when something goes sideways.

    • Same pricing as booking direct, plus group rates and amenity points when you qualify
    • Onboard credit, prepaid gratuities, or specialty dining when a promotion stacks
    • Price-drop monitoring after you book (I rebook if a lower fare appears)
    • Cabin selection guidance: which decks are quiet, which connect, which to avoid
    • Concierge planning for dining, shore excursions, drink packages, and Wi-Fi

Cruise lines I book most for Tampa Bay clients

Royal Caribbean is my specialty and the line I sail most personally, but I book every major brand. From Port Tampa Bay specifically, I plan a lot of Carnival, Norwegian, Royal, and Celebrity sailings to the Western Caribbean.

    How it works

Send me your trip details through the quote form or book a free 15-minute chat. I come back with real options, current promotions, and a quote, usually within a few hours and almost always within 24.

My service is always free. Cruise lines pay me directly, so the price you see on the cruise line's site already includes my commission. Book direct and that money just stays with them.

    Frequently asked questions

No. I'm based in Wesley Chapel, FL but I plan cruises 100% remotely for clients across the U.S. Most of my communication is by email, text, and short calls, so you can be anywhere.

Nothing. Cruise lines pay travel advisors a commission out of the fare you would already pay on their website. Booking through me costs the same or less than booking direct.

Port Tampa Bay is home to year-round Carnival sailings (Paradise, Pride), Norwegian itineraries, Royal Caribbean seasonal sailings on Brilliance and Rhapsody, and Celebrity occasional sailings. Most itineraries are 4-7 night Western Caribbean trips to Cozumel, Costa Maya, Grand Cayman, and Roatan.

Yes. Once a booking hits 8+ guests in 4+ cabins, group rates and amenity points unlock. At certain thresholds, the group organizer's cabin can be free. I run these all the time for family reunions, milestone birthdays, and multi-family vacations.

Yes. I monitor every booking for price drops and rebook you at the lower fare when one appears, as long as it's allowed by the cruise line's policy. This is a real money-saver and one of the biggest reasons clients use an advisor.

Usually a few hours. Almost always within 24. If you book a Calendly chat, we'll talk live and have a plan moving the same day.
