Disney's home port

    Cruises from Port Canaveral

Port Canaveral is one of the busiest cruise ports in the U.S. and the only port in Florida where Disney Cruise Line homeports four ships year-round. It's also home to Royal Caribbean's newest Icon-class ship, Star of the Seas, and the best lineup of family-focused mainstream sailings in the country.

If you're flying into Orlando, it's about an hour drive to the port. For Tampa Bay families, it's 2 hours but often worth it for the ship selection.

Almost every major line homeports at Port Canaveral year-round or seasonally.

    Why families love Port Canaveral

It's the most family-oriented cruise port in the country. Disney's two private islands (Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay), Royal Caribbean's Perfect Day at CocoCay, and Carnival's Half Moon Cay all run rotation from Port Canaveral.

My service is always free. Cruise lines pay me directly, so the price you see on the cruise line's site already includes my commission. Book direct and that money just stays with them.
